GORGEOUS Lucy Mecklenburgh is glowing even more than usual at the moment – and we’re not just talking about her tan.

Ever since hunky boyfriend Mario Falcone gave her a £25,000 ring in TOWIE’s Marbella special, the 20-year-old Essex babe has been looking extra-luminous.

And as you can see from our exclusive shots, Lucy’s new bikini line also brings a smile to her face.

“I do love my monokinis,” she giggles as she models pieces from her Bella Bamba range, which she debuted on the show.

“I’m quite known for wearing them in Marbella. I find they are the sexiest for my body shape and really flattering.”

Far from being just a pretty face, Lucy has had a hand in every element of the design, from the curveskimming

cut-outs she’s famous for to the carefully-chosen colours.

“I wanted something really glam, really Essex, but also quite classy,” she says. 

“That’s why I’ve kept them dark grey and white.

“I’m really, really pleased with how they’ve come out.”


Lucy designed the skimpy range with every kind of woman in mind.

Lucy may still be struggling with the F-word – “fiancé sounds so weird” she tweeted recently – but it’s safe to say that her other half is the biggest fan of her bikinis and her gorgeous body.

“Mario seems to really, really like the swimwear,” she giggles. 

“He’s always complimenting me, he’s really sweet like that. He always says he likes my bum best, but don’t all boyfriends say that?”

While not all boyfriends might be lucky enough to ogle a bum like Lucy’s, the beauty reveals that she designed the skimpy range with every kind of woman in mind.

“I wanted every piece in the collection to flatter all the different body shapes,” she says.

“I love bikini bottoms with ties as they are the best fit. You should never buy bottoms in a size too small – go a size bigger. That’s my top tip.”

Although Lucy doesn’t go in for crazy diets or obsess about the gym – sticking to regular runs combined with good old-fashioned healthy eating – she isn’t immune to body image worries.

“Everyone has parts of their body they like more than others,” she says.

“I’m just the same as any other girl in that respect. I like my waist and that it’s flat, but even I have fat days and can get a muffin top, so it’s important that my bik inis fit properly.”

Despite having the hottest body on TOWIE, Lucy hasn’t escaped the attention of online trolls who have been abusing

her fellow co-stars.

“I get called ‘Fat Face’ or ‘Goofy’ a lot, which is so stupid I’m trying to just laugh about it, she confided. "Lauren Goodger gets loads of abuse on Twitter – I don’t know how she deals with it so well.”

The online reaction to Lucy’s bikini range has been overwhelmingly positive, though, and she has promised to send Danielle Lloyd, 28, some freebies after she tweeted that they looked “amazing”.

And before all the other TOWIE ladies get (even more) jealous, Lucy insists there’ll be goodie bags going round the whole cast when the range launches officially.

“I’m going to give a piece from my collection to each of the girls,” she says, “so they can all wear them on the show.”

Considering how much the TOWIE girls love to show off their gorgeous bodies, we guess they are going to need quite a few.
